Hi, sweet friends.
I am a certified Montessori preschool teacher from the Shenandoah Valley, and I now live on a small farm in Pungo.
I have been working in the Montessori environment for six years. As soon as I started working with children, I knew my purpose was to gently guide them through their independent process of self-creation.
I completed my Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) teacher training at the Montessori Institute of San Diego. AMI is the international organization that Dr. Maria Montessori created herself to maintain the integrity of her work. I earned my Master's degree in Education from Loyola University Maryland, where I solidified my dream of opening a school that enables children to create a more peaceful world.
While the Montessori farm school comes together, I invite you to reach out and learn how to best prepare your child for success. Whether by e-mail, phone, over coffee, or in-home, I will help you prepare your home environment to best suit your child's growth toward independence. Feel free to reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to working with you and your child!
